Travel is back on track, and more airlines in the United States are introducing new exciting routes, resuming flights, and increasing the flight frequency for travelers to explore the world. Delta Air Lines is no exception, and it just shared new exciting updates.

Delta announced on Friday a brand new service from Los Angeles to Auckland, New Zealand, becoming the only carrier in the U.S. to serve this route next fall. They’ve also announced more routes to Europe. New transatlantic services will take travelers from New York JFK to the beautiful Geneva in Switzerland and from Atlanta to the coastal French city of Nice. The airline will also increase flights to Tel Aviv.

As part of the carrier’s strategy to expand and restore routes, Delta Air Lines also announced that it will resume flights to destinations that have not been flown since the pandemic. For summer and fall, the airline will be offering flights to different exciting cities in Europe that had previously stopped operating, such as Edinburgh, Berlin, Dusseldorf, Geneva, and Stuttgart.

Just a few weeks ago, Delta also announced fast and free wifi for passengers, and while this new service will begin on domestic flights, the carrier informed that selected international flights will enjoy this benefit soon as well, so travelers will have new exciting routes and services when traveling with Delta this year.

The new service between Los Angeles and New Zealand’s largest city will begin on October 28. Auckland joins the new group of inspiring destinations from Los Angeles since Delta will be offering new services to London-Heathrow, Paris, and Tahiti from this U.S. city. The carrier serves 53 from Los Angeles this year.

From Los Angeles, Delta customers also have great routes to Latin America thanks to Delta’s partnership with LATAM, and LAX airport is going through renovations that will enhance travelers’ experiences before they even step foot on the plane.

From Atlanta, Delta is the leading airline and serves over 210 destinations. This year, the carrier will expand to Europe, and now travelers will be able to enjoy more services alternatives:

From Atlanta to Nice: starting on May 12.
Atlanta to Tel Aviv: daily flights starting on April 16.

The carrier also announced new updates from New York JFK:

From New York to Paris: a third daily route will begin on May 25.
From New York to Geneva: new route.
From New York to London-Gatwick: new route.
From New York to Berlin: returning flight.
From New York to Rome: a third daily route.

Delta hasn’t specified dates for the new and returning flights from New York but did highlight the transformation and upgrades of the local hub and JFK airport. Travelers can expect new experiences from JFK airport this year.
